Welcome to Royal Mobile Detailing LLC. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, services, and SMS/text message communications. By accessing our website or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Services

Royal Mobile Detailing LLC provides mobile vehicle detailing services in the Seattle and Auburn, Washington area. Services include exterior washing, interior cleaning, paint correction, ceramic coating, and other automotive detailing services as described on our website or quoted directly to customers.

2. Booking & Appointments

2.1 Scheduling

Appointments can be booked through our website, by phone, or by SMS. All appointments are subject to availability and confirmation.

2.2 Cancellation Policy

We request at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a fee.

2.3 Service Location

As a mobile detailing business, we travel to the customer’s location. Customers must provide a safe, legal, and accessible location for the service to be performed, including access to water and electricity when applicable.

3. Pricing & Payment

Service prices are quoted based on vehicle type, condition, and selected services. Final pricing may vary based on the vehicle’s actual condition upon inspection. Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and electronic payment methods.

4. SMS / Text Messaging Terms

4.1 Program Description

Our SMS program sends transactional messages (appointment confirmations, reminders, service updates) and, with separate consent, marketing messages (promotions, discounts, offers).

4.2 Consent

You consent to receive text messages from Royal Mobile Detailing LLC at the phone number you provided. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

4.3 Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your interactions with us and the services you have requested.

4.4 Message & Data Rates

Standard message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier plan. Royal Mobile Detailing LLC is not responsible for any charges from your carrier.

4.5 Opt-Out Instructions

To stop receiving messages, reply STOP to any message. You will receive a confirmation that you have been unsubscribed and will not receive further messages. To resubscribe, reply START.

4.7 Supported Carriers

Our SMS program is supported on major U.S. carriers including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, and others. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

4.8 Privacy

5. Service Guarantees & Limitations

We strive to provide high-quality detailing services, but we cannot guarantee the removal of all stains, scratches, or pre-existing damage. We are not responsible for:

• Damage to vehicles caused by pre-existing conditions (rust, faded paint, damaged upholstery, etc.)
• Items left in the vehicle during service
• Modifications, aftermarket parts, or non-factory components that may be affected by cleaning

Customers are responsible for removing valuables and personal belongings before service begins.

6. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Royal Mobile Detailing LLC’s liability is limited to the amount paid by the customer for the specific service in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.

7. Customer Responsibilities

• Provide accurate contact and vehicle information
• Ensure the vehicle is accessible at the agreed-upon time and location
• Disclose any pre-existing damage or special instructions
• Make payment promptly upon completion

8. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, images, logos, and branding, is the property of Royal Mobile Detailing LLC and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without prior written permission.

9. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to our website. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
